With the opening of this international tender, the Angolan government, in line with its dynamization and profitability strategy of the public business sector, intends to attract investment and know-how from the private sector for the management, exploration and expansion of the referred infrastructure, as well as the training of personnel assigned to Angola Telecom. This partnership will contribute realistically and transversally to the economic and social dynamism and growth of the country.

This sub-concession, by stabilising, recovering, expanding, and modernising the national telecommunications infrastructures, will allow the various electronic communications operators to benefit from access to a robust and redundant national coverage network and to offer their customers quality services at competitive prices.
